Less manual work, more time for your business

Your business still copies data between systems, builds reports by hand in Excel, or answers the same customer questions again and again? I turn that into an automated process.

From a system I built for a manufacturing plant. Demo data.

About me

My background is in operations and ERP (Priority). So I start from understanding the business process, and only then pick the tool.

Before building automations, I managed operations at a glass and blinds manufacturing plant, and before that I worked in data and digital advertising. I saw first-hand orders typed in by hand, reports rebuilt every week and customers waiting for an answer. I built my first tools right there, for the plant itself. Today I build tools like these for other businesses.

Good automation is built around how the business really works: who enters the data, where it needs to go, and where the time is lost.

What I build

Work that repeats every day, and that can move from people's hands to the computer.

  • Integrations between systems

With Make, Zapier and APIs, data moves between your systems by itself. No more copy and paste.

  • WhatsApp bots and automatic replies

Answers to the questions customers keep asking, collecting their details and passing them on to you.

  • Priority ERP reports and automations

Pulling data out of Priority ERP, reports shaped around your business, and processes that run on their own.

  • Excel and VBA that do the work

Workbooks that calculate, sort and produce output themselves, instead of typing and checking by hand.

  • Dashboards and management reports

An up-to-date picture in one place, without rebuilding the same report every week.

  • Invoices, documents and Python scripts

Taking in, checking and filing documents, and scripts for the tasks that repeat every day.

What clients say

Ofir built our website from scratch and runs all our Google and Facebook campaigns. I can see exactly how many leads came in and from where, so I can focus on the work in the field.

Ofir's report showed us clearly which customers had stopped ordering, who still held an open quote, and how much money was on the table. Sales suddenly had a clear order of priorities.

How I work

  1. A short intro call

You tell me what takes up your time, and I tell you honestly whether and how I can help.

  2. Mapping the process

We go through the process as it runs today: who does what, in which systems, and where things get stuck.

  3. A proposal with a clear price and timeline

You know up front what you get, what it costs and when it is ready.

  4. Delivery and support after handover

A proper handover, a walkthrough for the people using it, and support after it is up and running.

I usually start with a small, well-defined first phase, so you see a working result before deciding on the next step.
